The alleyway itself is inhabited, but not by your average demons, creatures called Meroas' inhabit the alleyway, the proper name for the species is unknown to this point, but they seem to be able to manipulate people, the creatures forms are quite big and seem to travel around in the shadows, Alot like bugs they seem to eat of memories and imagination, bringing alot of it alive again. The alleyway itself seems to reek of death. It is to the North of Helcon.
