Welcome to the Schola of Spes (which means School of Hope); where both humans and Laetabilias flock to learn about the Permaneo Spes. Everyone knows of the school's existence, but, to mortals, the name of the school is merely Hope. The school motto, Hope Springs Eternal, is actually a motto created by the Laetabilias.
